Dr. Kessler founded Alta Dermatology Group in 1982 in Mesa, AZ. Alta Dermatology focuses on the full range of skin conditions, from acne and psoriasis to skin cancer and everything in between; additionally, Dr. Kessler is a trained Mohs surgeon. Over the years, the clinic has grown to include two more board-certified dermatologists, Dr. Megan Goff-Machuzak and Dr. Justin Sawyer, as well as a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Diana Kesler.
Dr. Kessler also founded a sister clinic devoted exclusively to cosmetic dermatology issues, the Image Skin Institute. Located next door to Alta Dermatology, the Image Skin Institute specializes in procedures including Botox, Juvederm, Evolence, Sculptra, laser hair reduction, vein therapy and much more.
