- If you are already a member of the AOCD you can renew online using a credit card. It's fast, easy and completely secure. We use the latest SSL technology by Verisign to ensure a secure connection to our server. Credit card information is always encrypted and deleted once your application has been processed. In addition, only key personnel have access to membership information (each having a unique username and password). Click here to renew online.

- If you would rather renew your membership by completing a handwritten a form, you can download the forms you need by clicking here.
- Apply for a New AOCD Membership
- You cannot apply for new membership online, so new applications must be completed by hand and faxed or mailed to the AOCD. There is a special discounted membership fee for student members. Click here for new membership applications.
