Resident Lectures:

Due November 27, 2024:
Completed and Signed Speaker Acceptance / Lecture Proposal Form
CV
Portrait/Headshot Photo (High resolution JPEG or PNG preferred)
Short Bio (approximately 2-3 paragraphs in length)


Due Six Weeks Prior to First Day of Meeting or Activity (JANUARY 6, 2025):
Program Director’s Statement Form (to be completed by program director upon reviewing and approving presentation)
Presentation Materials (i.e. Powerpoint file, no PDF’s or Keynote files) The AOCD planning committee monitors the presentations, and attendees judge if commercial bias is present. Presenters are asked to submit their presentations for peer review. In this way, the AOCD planning committee identifies bias before publication on our website or presentation to the audience.

A disclosure slide MUST be included as the 2nd slide of the Powerpoint presentation. Disclosures listed on this slide must be identical to those supplied on the Continuing Education Faculty Disclosure Form. If you have nothing to disclose, please indicate this on Slide 2 of the Powerpoint presentation.

February 6, 2025
Any revisions to the Powerpoint must be received at least two weeks prior to the first day of the meeting or activity. No changes or updates can be made onsite at the conference. When making your final submission, please ensure your presentation is in its finalized form and as you would like conference attendees to see it.


Posters: Required materials due January 6, 2025 (six weeks prior to the first day of the conference):
Completed Poster Gallery Documentation Packet

Poster submission form, Faculty disclosure statement (Completed by the submitting author and lead author)

Brief biography of poster’s author (50-150 words)

Written abstract summarizing poster content. Abstract should be no longer than 500 words and contain the following: Title and author information, Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion

A copy of the poster in PDF or Powerpoint format
